Ordering and Delivery

Do you deliver?

Yes we can deliver to just about anywhere 

How do I check on delivery costs?

Best way is to create an order of your items.  We will then get back to you with availability and delivery costs. See 'How do I place an order' for more details.

How long will it take to get my Order?

It depends on what you’ve ordered, as some items will need to be ordered from our Supplier.  We will let you know when you place your order.

How do I place an order?

Choose your items, go to the checkout & click on “Place order”.

We'll get back to you within 24 hours with a shipping/freight charge for your area, and confirm delivery times and availability.

If you are happy to proceed, we'll then email you an invoice where you can pay for your order by credit card, cheque or online transfer.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, Eftpos, credit card or online banking.  Sorry we do not accept Amex.

Do you offer interest free terms?

Yes we offer a range of finance options - Q Card, Gem Visa.  Ask any of our friendly staff when you are next instore or online.
